I’m just noticing this but aren’t you Erik with no C?

If you are 5 yrs old you will love the 2nd act ONLY.
If you are a spiderman fan or over the age of 25 — you will want to eat a bullet.

Its childish in a disney way & then trys to be adult & artistic while characters from Dick Tracy run around.

    Its laughably B A D.

it’s funny though, i felt almost the exact opposite about 1.0 than you did. although i totally agree it was weird and really hard to follow, i liked Act 2 better… i think because it was darker and had a very “apocalyptic” feel to it. and actually, they made it MUCH more coherent the second time i saw it (i went January and April)… or maybe i just understood it better the second time around, i don’t know. whatever, it was a great show and now it’s an even better show!

this review is dead on. i was also at the first preview of 2.0, and i felt almost exactly the same way. it was definitely (overall) the better version, but having seen the original, i thought it was missing something. i don’t know if you’ve seen it since opening night, but they made A LOT of improvements since then.

the critics of this show remind me of the most recent south park episode. I saw 2.0 last week and despite some small continuity errors from the comics (nobody’s perfect), the show was great.
